Nothing I can think of. Well the metal detector at the entrance is not my favorite but it makes sense in such a huge building with offices and other organizations.

Good location near F£B and MRT station. Breakfast is good.

I think the hotel itself is a little rundown and needs some renovation especially the TVs, should at least have smart tvs.

The apartment design, beds, kitchen and laundry equipment. The staff is helpful and cooperative.

The entrance is a bit odd, especially late at night. During our stay, there was musty smell in the corridors and the apartment (as if there was wet carpets or upholstery). Bfast is decent. Overall, it was quite decent but if one knows Marriott, one comes in with high expectations, not all of which were fully met.

The room was very spacious

Very noisy especially during the night also was not clean. I found cockroach in the living room and some of the blankets have dirty marks on them.

Room was excellent and customer service is of a very high level. staff is very well behaved and always smiling and ready to help.

Breakfast could have more vegetarian options or continental options. There is no full mirror in the suites.

The room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. I love the fact that I can also do laundry in my room.It was also convenient to be able to order food from the cafe but I was expecting more with the quality of food for a 5 star place. Food was good but it wasn't to the level that I was expecting.The staff were all amazing! Probably the best thing about the apartel.

There was some dust in the side table but overall the room was clean. The lemon scent in the elevator was too strong that it made me nauseous.

I appreciated the variety and quality of the food, and the gym was clean and well-maintained.Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Nice apartment on the 30th floor with amazing views.Clean and space apartment in a perfect location of the city.Comfortable seats in living room.

Electric sockets in bathroom and closet didn’t work.Television in bedroom didn’t work either.

24 hours before flying to Jakarta (after the booking has been made confirmed and paid for 5 months) I received an email asking for more money for extra bedding and extra charges for breakfast even though booking was made for correct amount. Manager didn’t or was not empowered to make decisions to resolve issue and the holiday was ruined due to very poor customer service

My stay is the Re-Staycation in Mayflower since I know what is worth to stay with. The unit condition perfectly accommodate what I and my family need. well equip for the pantry needs and very clean. The location is walking distance to several interesting places and make my morning run start earlier. I will not hesitate to re-book this property, event I already have a plan to stay with my colleague in next month.

So far nothing bid deal and handled well, I just a bit un-comfy with the night sound caused by motorbike sounds. I know it's hard to handle from the property side, since I believe that the soundproof was there and provided in good quality.

Aircon was not working properly and cocktroaches were seen in the living room, water heater was nor working properly.

Hotel staff was most welcoming and accommodating. Our daughter got sick on our trip and the hotel organized a visit to a doctor and accompanied us to the clinic to provide translation services. Breakfast was well organized, despite the limited space and variety of food was excellent.

Hotel amenities in the rooms are a bit old, but well maintained. Would be nice to have some kitchen towels.

The breakfast was very good. We also liked the huge and comfortable room in 29th floor with a breathtaking view over the city. It was just amazing. And we are very pleased we got a free room upgrade. Personal was very kind as well.

Two small things: first the smell in the rooms were sometimes a bit chemical. And second the windows were not so well soundproofed, so you could hear the street quite loudly at night.

The ambience of this property is so welcoming, it feels like it was designed to be our second home. The team was also very helpful, and they provided us everything we needed. Especially for Mr. Wawan and the other front office team that, unfortunately, I forgot the name. The room they gave us was spacious and had an amazing view of Sudirman Street. Very recommend to enjoy the facilities such as the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzis, and also the sauna.A few things could be improved; the kitchen utensils need to be added more. And the noise from the street—maybe we have to be prepared as it could make a bit uncomfortable for sleep (for some guests, maybe they can tolerate it). Overall, it was a great experience we had there and will come back someday.

Spacious and very clean unit. MRT next to the building only couple minutes walk. Good facilities

We stayed 2 times. At the first time on the 29th floor somehow the corridor (not the unit) on that floor smelled like a smoking room. The second time we stayed on the 31st floor and asked for a non-smoking unit. This time no smell on the corridor on that floor. It is an old apartment building however still very well maintained.

Good, large apartment, in particular for stay with bigger family (3 bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms). Clean. Good breakfast. Kind staff. Perfect location across from mrt station.

Breakfast area too small. For longer stays it would be nice if tea towels / tablets for dishwasher were provided.
